The link below will allow you to download a CLP brochure template. When you click on the link, a download dialog box will appear... select "save file" so that you can store the file in your own computer. Once you have saved the file into your hard drive, you can open it with MS Word (version '97 or later), and print the two pages back-to-back (it's best to use plain white paper, 24 lbs. weight)... then fold inwards into three sections, with the large CFC logo at the front.
